    • Success fee: 0.5% - 1.5% of transaction value
    • Retainer options available for ongoing portfolio advisory
  • Development Project Management:
    • 3-5% of Gross Development Value (GDV)

When do I pay your fees?

Fees are typically staged to align with project milestones. For investment advisory, we receive partial payment at engagement and the balance at transaction completion. For development management, payments follow construction stages (design, planning approval, construction start, practical completion, etc.).

Do you take equity in the properties or developments?

No. We operate purely as advisors—you own 100% of the property. Our fees are for professional services only, ensuring our interests are fully aligned with your success without any ownership conflicts.
